The General Mills Free Cereal Sip Bowl Offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by General Mills Canada Corporation (the “Sponsor”). Offer begins on Monday February 26, 2024, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Sunday June 30, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or while supplies last (the “Offer Period”).  The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only and is limited to a maximum of three (3) Cereal Sip Bowls per household. Cereal Sip Bowls are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different Cereal Sip Bowl than the one selected if supplies have run out. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged shipments. Cereal Sip Bowls may not be returned or exchanged. Offer has no cash value.

Allow up to 8-12 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Free Cereal Sip Bowl.

Free Cereal Sip Bowl Offer Description: Purchase one (1) participating cereal product at any participating retail store location, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to the Offer Website (www.gmcerealsipbowl.ca) by Sunday, June 30, 2024 to receive one (1) Free Cereal Sip Bowl (select from 3 different bowls). Limited quantities available.

There are twenty-five-thousand (25,000) Free Cereal Sip Bowls available. The first twenty-five-thousand (25,000) uploaded and validated receipts received will be fulfilled. Limited time offer. While quantities last.

HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER

1. During the offer period, purchase any one (1) cereal Participating product listed below (the “Participating Products”) at any one (1) participating retail store locations (each a “qualifying purchase”). Be sure to keep your Receipt(s).

Cereal Participating Products to be purchased are subject to availability and defined below:

Honey Nut Cheerios™ Cereal 725g (UPC 65633-13414)

Cheerios™ Cereal 570g (UPC 65633-13465)

Multi-Grain Cheerios™ Cereal 585g (UPC 65633-13415)

2. Take a photo of your entire receipt. The image must be clear and legible and include the store name and address, purchase date and timestamp of your receipt, show the Qualifying Purchase(s) in a single transaction purchased during the Offer period, including the price of the Qualifying Purchase(s) as well as the total amount of money spent on the receipt.

If enough participating products for more than one Cereal Sip Bowl are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again after each submission. Once the receipt is validated, you will receive one (1) Cereal Sip Bowl within 8-12 weeks.

 

3. During the program period, redeem your Offer by uploading your Receipt via the Internet at www.gmcerealsipbowl.ca  (the “Offer Website”) and follow the link to the Offer registration page. Complete the registration form on the Offer Website by filling in all of the following information accurately and completely: your name, mailing address with postal code, email address and telephone number. Provide a scan or photo of the Receipt.

 

4. You will be asked to select which Cereal Sip Bowl you would like to receive (subject to availability – Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different Cereal Sip Bowl than the one selected if supplies have run out. For further clarity, once 25,000 Cereal Sip Bowls have been redeemed, there will no longer be any Cereal Sip Bowls available).  

 

5. Click on the “Continue” button where you can review your selection and your mailing address to avoid any late, lost or misdirected mail. Then submit the Receipt photo(s) and registration form by clicking on the “Submit” button.  Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Offer. Online submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

 

 

6. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your submission and the estimated time you can expect to receive your Cereal Sip Bowl pending successful validation of your receipt and submission. After you receive that email, your submission will go through the validation process. If during the validation process it is found that your submission is invalid, you will receive a further email indicating that your submission is invalid, and you will not receive the Cereal Sip Bowl for that submission. The reasons for submission rejections include, but are not limited to: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection system; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (v) has been previously used; (vi) does not include the Participating Products, the correct number or costs of Participating Products or is not during the Offer Period; or (vii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.

 

7. Assuming there are no issues with the validation of your submission, please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Cereal Sip Bowl. Please DO NO REACH OUT UNTIL 12 weeks have passed to ensure about your Cereal Sip Bowl.

 

The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only.

The Offer is limited to a maximum of three (3) Cereal Sip Bowls per household.

 

Any use of automated devices is prohibited. Offer Registrations attempts by methods other than those described in these Official Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated maximum of Cereal Sip Bowls by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and any future registrations. Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Offer, and any future promotions Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the registration process, or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

 

By participating in the Offer and/or voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by the promotion administrator for the purpose of administering the promotion and fulfilling the Offer. The entrant’s personal information will only be used for purposes of Offer administration and offer fulfillment by the Offer administrator, and for no other purpose, and will not be disclosed by Offer administrator to any third party except as is necessary for the above stated purposes.

By participating in the Offer, entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for liable for any losses or injuries or any kind resulting from participation in the Offer or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the Free Cereal Sip Bowl(s), or any part thereof, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Free Cereal Sip Bowl(s), or any part thereof.
